About 200 m tennis court, 16 km golf, 35 km Florence. Private fenced-in equipped garden with swimming pool (8x4). The road that links Vicchio to Dicomano passes at the edge of the property, approx. 30 m from the house.The caretakers live on the basement floor and have an independent entrance. Garage. Bicycle and car (with or without driver; max. of 8 people) hire, transportation to/from the airport and train station. Parking.
