Important information
The Villa Valentina letting prices include electricity,
water, bath linen, kitchen, table and bed linen.( weekly change for
bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels )
Heating : gas and firewood according to
consumption.
Telephone according to consumption.
Small children under the age of two years
are not allowed if the total number of persons exceeds the maximum number
of beds indicated.
NUMBER OF PERSONS/SUBSTITUTIONS - Only those
persons stipulated on the booking form and whose presence has been
registered with the authorities may use the property. The number of
persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping
places indicated above .The substitution of persons during the letting
period is forbidden unless previously agreed with owners.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - Arrival: Saturday
between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure: Saturday between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Each change to the arrival date and arrival time must be advised to owners
at least 3 days in advance. In case of unavoidable delay on the Saturday
of arrival, the holiday-maker must call owners.
UPON ARRIVAL - On arrival the holiday-maker
must present his passport or identity card to the owner to enable them to
proceed with their registration in accordance with Italian legal
requirements.
CANCELLATION CHARGES - In the event of the
cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the
following penalties must be paid: 10% of the letting price if the
cancellation is made at least 45 days before the start of the letting
period, 50% of the letting price if the cancellation is made between 44
and 30 days before the start of the letting period, 90% of the letting
price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 5 days before the start
of the letting period, 100% of the letting price if the cancellation is
made less than 5 days before the start of the letting period / IN ADDITION
TO THE BOOKING FEES AND ANY OTHER EXTRA CHARGES.
EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE - The owner or his
representative reserve the right to have free access to the property for
essential maintenance purposes (garden, sw-pool, etc...).
ORDER - CLEANING - The properties will be
handed over clean and tidy and in good working order. At the end of their
stay, the holiday-makers have to hand over to the owner , in EURO, the
amount due for final cleaning, as shown in the price list.
